David Mason photographs

Dave Mason was recruited to serve in the War Production Board's Lighting & Fixture Section of the Building Materials Division in Washington, DC. He worked there from November, 1942 through June, 1945 as Chief of the Lighting & Fixture Section's Priorities Unit, eventually becoming Assistant Chief of the whole Lighting & Fixture Section.

The Priorities Unit staff included Jules Bloom (Supervising Analyst), Mary Coordes (Analyst), Ann Randel (Analyst), Frances Smith (Secretary), Alice Smothers (Secretary), and Vernie Lowder (Secretary) -- but except for Dave, we don't know who's who in this photo.
